"Morning Star" is a beautiful cruising ketch with classic lines and many expensive improvements and upgrades.  She is most of the way through an extensive refit.  All of the expensive upgrades have been completed.  The rest of the work is primarily rebuilding of cabinetry including main hatch, overhead, and liner (ceiling*) in the v-berth and quarter berth. The owners simply didn't have the time to continue with the project.
